What options do I have for collection and delivery?

  • Door to Door – Collected from and delivered to a specific address.
  • Door to Depot – Collected from an address and delivered to a local depot.
  • Depot to Door – Dropped off at a depot and delivered to your address.
  • Depot to Depot – Dropped off at one depot and collected from another.

Can I put personal items in my car during transport?

We recommend removing all personal belongings before transport. This keeps your vehicle lighter, easier to secure, and ensures your items are safe. In some cases, small items may be allowed — just ask us when you book.

How do you move prestige or low-clearance vehicles?

Prestige and low-clearance cars require extra care when loading and unloading. We use specialised ramps and handling techniques to make sure your vehicle is moved safely without damage.

Do I need to have my vehicle registered and running?

Ideally yes, but it’s not essential. We can transport unregistered or non-running vehicles with the right equipment. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange appropriate loading.

What paperwork or permits are needed?

Usually registration proof, ownership documentation, and if boat/trailer dimensions are oversized per state rules, permits may be needed. We assist with that.

Do I need my own trailer?
